Four pieces of complicated MONEL400 alloy forgings were processed by the AlloyO special metal machining center before the Chinese Festival and will be delivered to user in the future.
The outer holes on the workpiece were evenly distributed, and the core was the processing of the middle part, especially the special design in the hole, which brought a certain degree of difficulty to the processing. The four machined parts were all special non-standard designs. The experienced technicians of AlloyO special metal CNC center gathered to read the drawings and discuss them. They completely understood the processing sequence, worked out the plan and succeeded.
