AlloyO Special Metal has slithered S31254 super stainless steel coil into strips
Recently, AlloyO special metal has received a order of S31254 254SMO super stainless steel by a tube-making enterprise.
Specification as following: 1.2mm thickness, 74.8mm coil strips, weight about 1900kgs.
1.2mm thickness coil with 1219mm width is in stock, only need to slitter into strips according to the user's requirements. Of course, AlloyO must pay attention to the edge burrs and tolerances.
It was said that this batch of coil is used for heat exchanger tubes. The user's automatic welding production line would make tube-welding. Continuously online eddy current testing and fixed length are made for heat exchange tubes.
